Massage Therapy
Neuro Core Massage Therapy
Massage is one of the oldest forms of therapy and is a system of applying
pressure
to the body through techniques as pressing and kneading different areas of
the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate, and tone the body.
Massage not only creates a pleasant sensation on the skin, it also works on soft tissues such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints, or other connective tissue, as well as lymphatic vessels, or organs of the gastrointestinal system. Massage also stimulates blood circulation and assists the lymphatic system (which runs parallel to the circulatory system), improving the elimination of waste throughout the body. It helps to ease tension, stiffness and pain, enhancing overall well being.
